Problems with your order

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, is missing, or differs from what you ordered or from its description, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at missgao87@gmail.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photos can help us assess it; an unboxing video is not required.

We will arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, a price reduction or a refund. We cover reasonable return shipping costs where the problem is our responsibility. No short reporting deadline in this policy removes your legal rights.

Fit, wear and condition

Check the size chart for the exact set before buying; XS, S, M and L can differ between products. A size you selected incorrectly is normally a non-quality issue. If we send a different size or the measurements are materially different from the listing, please contact us.

Wear time varies with fit, adhesive, preparation and use. Damage caused solely by misuse, forced removal or failure to follow the supplied instructions is not a manufacturing defect. This does not excuse a product that was faulty or inaccurately described.

EU and UK cancellation rights

Where the statutory right applies, consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom can cancel a distance purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery. For an order delivered in separate parts, the applicable period generally begins when the last item is received. You may also notify us before delivery. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us.

A legal exception may apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, or to sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after that seal is broken. Ordinary ready-made sets are not personalized merely because they are handmade or selected in a standard size. We do not treat every opened nail product as automatically exempt.

For a valid statutory cancellation, you pay the direct return postage unless we agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty or incorrect. We refund the amount required by law, including standard outbound delivery for a full-order cancellation. Extra charges for a delivery upgrade need not be refunded. We do not charge a restocking fee. A deduction may apply only where the law permits it, for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, within the applicable legal time limit. For EU/UK statutory cancellations, this is generally within 14 days of your notice; where permitted, we may withhold payment until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

How to contact us or give cancellation notice

Email missgao87@gmail.com with your name, order number, the items concerned and your request. A clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase is sufficient; no special wording is necessary. Contacting us for return instructions does not make a valid statutory cancellation dependent on discretionary approval.

Use the return address we provide, rather than a supplier or warehouse address printed on the parcel. Keep proof of postage. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition for exercising rights concerning faulty goods.
